On February 2nd, 2015, Chef Maurizio Crescenzo emerged as the winner of the "Say Cheese" episode of Chopped, broadcast on the Food Network.

Every Wednesdy & Thursday by prior reservation, chef will prepare the items that won him the episode of Chopped. These dishes may be paired with wine specialy selected to accompany the dishes.
